Eligibility for Refunds

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Due to hygiene standards, opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Gift cards, samples, or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
• We will require photos of the damaged product or incorrect item for verification.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs if applicable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item if needed.
