Order Processing and Confirmation

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to locations specified at checkout, both domestically and internationally where applicable. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are provided before payment.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of skincare products, only unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
